How to use the electric drill

1. Hold both ends of the battery and insert the battery into the battery compartment.

2. Insert the drill bit into the drill hole and tighten it clockwise.

3. The button marked in the figure below is the direction of gear adjustment.

4. The ring marked with numbers is for adjusting strength.

The larger the number, the greater the strength, adjust to the appropriate strength against the scale on the electric drill. Generally, punching needs to be adjusted to the maximum to be strong enough to move.

5. Finally, align the hole to be drilled, hold the electric drill with your hand (you must hold it firmly), press the control switch to use, and the drill bit of the electric drill must be perpendicular to the drilling place to prevent the drill bit from breaking and causing drilling failure.

Adjustment and use

1. Loading and unloading of the rechargeable battery

Rechargeable battery removal: Hold the handle firmly, then push the battery latch to remove the battery. Installation of rechargeable battery: Insert the battery after confirming the positive and negative poles.

2. Charging

Insert the rechargeable battery into the charger correctly, and it can be fully charged in about 1 hour at 20°C. Note that there is a temperature control switch inside the rechargeable battery. If the battery exceeds 45°C, the power will be cut off and cannot be charged. It can be charged after cooling down.

3. Before homework

a. Drill loading and unloading. Install the drill bit: After inserting the bit, drill bit, etc. into the chuck of the non-switch drill, hold the ring tightly, and screw the sleeve back tightly (clockwise from the bottom). During operation, if the sleeve becomes loose, retighten the sleeve. As the socket is tightened, the tightening force becomes stronger and stronger.

To remove the bit: hold the ring firmly and unscrew the sleeve to the left (counterclockwise when viewed from the front).

b. Check the steering. When the selection handle is placed in the R position, the drill bit rotates clockwise (viewed from the back of the rechargeable drill), when the selection handle is placed in L, the drill bit rotates counterclockwise (viewed from the back of the rechargeable drill), "R" , "L" symbol marked on the machine body.

Note: When using the rotary knob to change the speed, please confirm whether the power switch is turned off. If the speed is changed while the motor is rotating, the gear will be damaged.


Instructions

When using a cordless drill, the drill bit cannot get stuck. If stuck, turn off the power immediately, otherwise the motor or rechargeable battery will be burned.

5. Maintenance and Precautions

When the drill bit is dirty, please wipe it with a soft cloth or a damp cloth with soapy water. Do not use chlorine solution, gasoline, or thinner to avoid partial melting of the plastic.

3. Do not let impurities enter the connection hole of the charger.

4. Do not disassemble the rechargeable battery and charger.

5. Do not short-circuit the rechargeable battery. When the rechargeable battery is short-circuited, it will cause a large current to overheat and burn the rechargeable battery.

6. Do not throw rechargeable batteries into water. The rechargeable battery will explode if heated.

7. When drilling holes on the wall, floor or ceiling, please check whether there are buried wires, etc. in these places.

8. Do not insert objects into the vent hole of the charger. Inserting metal objects or flammable and explosive objects into the vent of the charger may cause electric shock or damage the charger.

9. Do not use a generator or DC power supply to charge the rechargeable battery.

10. Do not use non-designated batteries, and do not connect designated ordinary dry batteries, rechargeable batteries or car batteries to this tool.

11. Please charge indoors. The charger and the battery will heat up slightly during charging, so it must be charged in a cool place with low temperature and good ventilation.

12. Lightly charge the electric tool before use.

13. Please use the specified charger. Do not use unspecified chargers to avoid danger.

14. Please be sure to use the charger under the voltage conditions specified on the nameplate.


How to switch to AC power for rechargeable electric drills
