MAINTENANCE WARNING: 

Before performing maintenance on the tool, disconnect the power to the tool.

1. Keep tools intact and clean. The vents are unblocked, and the tools should be lubricated in time.

2. Always check the power cord and power plug: check whether the switch is in good condition. In case of failure or damaged parts, please professional personnel to repair or replace the parts.

3. After the tool is used, it should be maintained in time. After the plastic casing is dirty, it can be wiped with a soft cloth. Do not use solvents such as gasoline, alcohol, carbon tetrachloride, ammonia, etc., which will damage the plastic parts.

4. Do not let the power cord come into contact with heat sources and grease. Prevent the power cord from being scratched, cut and rolled.

5. After each use of the spray gun, the cylinder body and piston rod must be cleaned.

6. After cleaning, a small amount of oil should be dripped into the piston to lubricate the internal parts.

7. If for some reason, you forget to clean the spray gun. The next time you use it, you'll find the piston rod stuck in the gun body. There will be a buzzing sound when the power is turned on. At this time, the power should be cut off, the pump should be disassembled, and the gun body should be immersed in the appropriate diluent until the piston rod can reciprocate freely. Do not immerse the entire gun in solvent. The electromagnet and switch part should not allow water or solvent to enter.
