What is a circular saw safety
The electric circular saw is a tool powered by a single-phase series-excited motor, and then drives the circular saw blade through a transmission mechanism for sawing operations. The electric circular saw adopts a lifting and climbing shape structure, and is mainly composed of a motor, a gearbox, a protective cover, an adjustment mechanism and a bottom plate, a handle, a switch, a non-reconnectable plug, and a circular saw blade.

The motor adopts a single-phase series-excited motor. According to whether there is additional insulation between the stator and rotor cores and the ground, it is divided into single-insulation circular saws (no additional insulation between the stator and the ground, also known as Class I tools) and double-insulation circular saws. (There is additional insulation between the stator and rotor and the ground, also known as Class II tools).
The adjustment mechanism is composed of a depth adjustment plate, an angle adjustment plate, a fastening nut and a bottom plate, etc., loosen the fastening nut to adjust the bottom plate up and down to the required sawing depth, and then tighten the nut. Angle adjustment is by loosening the bevel adjustment screw wing nut in front of the bottom plate, adjusting to the desired angle (0°～45°), and then tightening the nut.
